Adam Derringer Awarded Esri Technical Certification

Mapping Specialists, Ltd., is pleased to announce that GIS Manager Adam Derringer has recently been awarded Technical Certification from Esri, the world’s leading developer of geographic information system (GIS) software. Technical Certification from Esri recognizes superior skill levels utilizing Esri’s software, and is available for multiple tracks and levels. Adam was awarded Desktop Professional Certification for ArcGIS, Esri’s premier GIS software for managing data with geographical attributes in planning, management, and business operations.

To earn Esri Technical Certification, candidates have to successfully pass an examination that assesses knowledge and skills cultivated through years of experience as a geographic information system professional. Since Esri launched the program within the past year, Adam is among the first to earn this honor.
