Work-for-Hire
All of the work we produce is work-for-hire. That means that once the map is completed, the map and the files become your intellectual property. You can reprint it and manipulate it as you wish. We would rather be there to create your next project, than earn extra money by charging you every time you use your map. We don't charge residuals or royalties, and you also don't need to put our name all over your map.
Confidentiality
We produce maps for a wide variety of clients. Your work will be kept separate from all our other clients. All the work is custom work designed to your specifications. We retain the right to select base maps from our library and customize them for you. Your map will not suddenly appear in someone else's publication.
